Nathan Webb
Founder and 1031 Exchange Advisor, Nathan Webb is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate advisor with over a decade of experience. He has successfully co-founded a 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary and orchestrated numerous asset acquisitions and syndications on behalf of family offices and private equity groups nationwide.
As a consultant, he leverages his extensive brokerage and advisory skills to guide clients through complex transactions across a variety of asset classes, including Multifamily, Retail, Industrial, Office, Mixed-Use, Self-Storage, and Mineral Rights. A recognized expert in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Nathan provides specialized consultation on DSTs, TICs, Drop & Swaps, and Sale Leaseback Buybacks. He also facilitates various forms of exchanges through Simultaneous, Delayed, Reverse, Improvement, Hybrid, and Carryback methods.
Nathan is a Certified Exchange Specialist, member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, on the Board of Directors for the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangors, and Founder of the Southeast Regional Exchangors network. Whether advising clients on a $100,000 property or collaborating with a group managing billions in assets, Nathan is passionate about the "Art of the Exchange" and sharing his knowledge with others. His free time is prioritized with his wife and 4 children and doing ministry with his local church community.

Markie Clary
Originally from Ohio, Markie Clary moved to Southwest Florida in 2005. Before her real estate career, she served in the U.S. NAVY at Bangor, Washington, ensuring the security of nuclear technicians, and served in Bahrain as part of the Naval Security Force. Upon her return to Southwest Florida in 2012, she began her real estate career, working alongside some of the industry's top commercial and residential real estate brokers, where she honed her skills in property research, market analysis, strategic operations and marketing, client and project management.
In 2021, Markie moved to Atlanta, GA, expanding her expertise to emerging markets. Her focus is in fostering synergies within teams, ensuring seamless process management, and enhancing group dynamics to drive success. Her role involves critical responsibilities such as extensive property and market research, developing collateral, implementing marketing strategies, and managing complex transactions, which underscores her integral contribution to the group's success.
Markie's approach is deeply rooted in building and maintaining robust relationships with other industry experts, colleagues, partners, and service providers. Her collaborative spirit and comprehensive industry knowledge make her an invaluable asset in navigating the intricate landscape of commercial real estate, ensuring that client objectives are met with precision and professionalism.

Ari Newman is the President of Intown Property Solutions in Metro Atlanta, where he specializes in helping investors creatively acquire, control, and exchange real estate.
